Takeaway Food Safety
Kingpin does not take responsibility for food that is taken away from the premises. To keep takeaway food safe:
- Eat or refrigerate food within two hours
- Refrigerate food to below 5 degrees
- Separate raw and cooked food
- Reheat refrigerated food to steaming hot
- Clean your hands, kitchen and utensils
- Discard refrigerated food after 24 hours
