E-gift cards and physical gift cards are both able to be redeemed in the venue or online via our website. If you would like to reserve your activities, please book online or contact us directly on 1300 814 214 and use your gift card as your payment method when in the venue.

Our gift cards are valid for three years from the date of purchase. Please note, gift cards purchased prior to 31st March 2018 are valid for 12 months from the date purchased.
Kingpin gift cards should be treated like cash. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
Gift cards can be used an indefinite number of times. It's based upon the value and expiration of the card so as long as there's value on the card, it can still be used.
A minimum of $20 and a maximum of $500 can be loaded onto each gift card to a maximum order value of $2,500 excluding postage.
Kingpin E-gift cards can be used to pay for online social bookings. Birthday Party deposits cannot be transacted with Gift Cards but can certainly be used to pay the final balance in-venue.
