When you have logged into the Kingpin Reload Online portal, the first thing you should do is to add your Kingpin powercard. Have this powercard on-hand with you and turn it over to find the numbers below the barcode as your card's number to enter. The last three digits separated by an asterisk are your CVV numbers. Then name your card whatever you would like, and make it royal!

All credits in your Kingpin powercard are valid for 12 months since your last tap on a game in any of our venues. For those quick mathematicians out there, this means if you visit Kingpin and play a game more than once every year your credits will live on perpetually!

One of the portal key features is the 'Invoices' tab which shows you a receipt for every successful load on your account. What is also great is no matter the card, all invoices will appear in your account all in the one place!
