1. Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these Terms and Conditions.
Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who attend the
Promoter’s activation zone at Southern Cross Station, Melbourne during the
Promotional Period (defined below).
3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, and agencies associated
with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following:
spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by
adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece,
nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
4. Entries into the promotion open at 10:00am AEDT on 16 January 2026 and close at
6:00pm AEDT on 17 January 2026, or once all instant prizes have been won,
whichever occurs first (“Promotional Period”).
5. To enter into the promotion, individuals must complete the following steps during the
Promotional Period:
(a) Visit the Promoter’s activation zone located at Southern Cross Station,
Docklands, VIC 3000 (“Zone”). The Zone will be accessible during the
Promotional Period while manned by Promoter staff. The Zone will be running
from 10:00am AEDT to 6:00pm AEDT on 16 January 2026 and 17 January 2026,
or until all instant prizes have been won;
(b) Once in the Zone, individuals must scan the QR code on display within the Zone
and follow the prompts to the promotion entry page;
(c) Input the requested details (including but not limited to full name, email address,
phone number), opt in to receive marketing communications from the Promoter
and submit the fully completed entry form online to receive a locker pin;
(d) Show the staff member at the Zone the submitted form and follow the directions
of the staff member to the locker display in the Zone;
(e) When instructed by the staff member, use the pin to open the locker and select
a prize envelope. The prize won will be displayed inside the envelope and all
envelopes will include a prize.
6. Each entrant will be notified instantly whether or not they are an instant winner.
Winners must then collect their prizes from the Zone once notified of their prize and
before the end of the Promotional Period.
7. Only one (1) entry is permitted per person.
8. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and
entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the
right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to
believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry
process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to
jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be
accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its
rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal
rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
9. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
10. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
11. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. Instant prizes: there are a total of 2,259 instant win prizes available, as outlined below:
(a) 20 x “Winner Tickets” for the opportunity to play the Game (defined below).
Entrants who receive this instant win prize for the Game will be referred to as
“Participants”);
(b) 608 x $20 Kingpin games credit (presented in the form of a Powercard, usable
on any arcade game within any Kingpin location);
(c) 20 x 100,000 Kingpin power tickets (presented in the form of a Powercard with
the tickets loaded, useable on the available range of merchandise in the Kingpin
Melbourne Collins St venue only);
(d) 731 x 500 Kingpin power tickets (presented in the form of a Powercard with the
tickets loaded, useable on the available range of merchandise in the Kingpin
Melbourne Collins St venue only);
(e) 200 x $20 Kingpin food and drinks vouchers (excludes alcohol);
(f) 100 x pizza vouchers;
(g) 100 x plate of donuts vouchers;
(h) 20 x Meal-for-2 vouchers (entitles 2 guests to 1 x grill menu and 1 x dessert menu
item each);
(i) 50 x 45-minute bowling session vouchers;
(j) 50 x 45-minute interactive darts session vouchers;
(k) 100 x 45-minute free batting cage session vouchers;
(l) 70 x 45-minute indoor bowls session vouchers;
(m) 70 x 45-minute hotshots shooting session vouchers;
(n) 70 x 45-minute supercharged shuffleboard session vouchers; and
(o) 50 x 30-minute table tennis session vouchers for two guests.
13. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming a gift card or discount voucher are not
included. Any unused balance of a gift card or discount voucher will not be awarded
as cash. Redemption of a gift card or discount voucher are subject to any terms and
conditions of the issuer including those specified on the gift card or discount voucher.
14. Entrants and winners are responsible for all costs associated with attending the
experience at the Zone.
15. The twenty (20) entrants who win the Winner Ticket instant prize will each have the
opportunity to play a contingency game (the “Game”) for the chance to win the Major
Prize (defined below).
16. The Game will take place at Kingpin Collins St, 260 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC
3000 on 18 January 2026 at 10:00AM – 12:30PM. If an individual who receives a
Winner Tickets is unable to attend the Game on the set date and time, that individual
will be instructed to forfeit the Winner Ticket prize and open another locker to obtain a
different instant prize.
17. As part of the Game, Participants will compete in four (4) knockout rounds of Kingpin
games, as follows:
(a) Round 1: Bowling Qualifiers
• Players: Up to 20 Winner Ticket Participants
• Activity: each player bowls a full game, and the top 8 scorers progress to
the next stage
(b) Round 2: Darts Knockout
• Players: 8
• Activity: players compete head-to-head in 1 vs 1 knockout matches, with
players randomly paired. Each matchup consists of three rounds of darts,
with the combined score across the three rounds determining the winner of
each match. The winner of each matchup progresses to the next round until
four players remain.
(c) Round 3: Shooting Showdown
• Players: 4
• Activity: players are randomly paired and compete head-to-head in 1 vs 1
knockout matches. Each matchup is a timed target challenge, with players
earning points for accuracy and speed. The higher-scoring player from
each matchup advances to the grand final.
(d) Round 4: The Table Tennis Triumph
• Players: 2
• Activity: each finalist competes head-to-head in a table tennis match. The
first finalist to reach eleven (11) points will be declared the winner of the
challenge and will receive the Major Prize (defined below). The remaining
finalist will receive the Minor Prize (defined below). The outcome of the
challenge will be final and binding, as determined by the event organiser.
18. The first to hit the single golden pin will win $5,000 in the form of an electronic funds
transfer (“EFT”) (the “Major Prize”). All other finalists will each win a $200 Kingpin gift
card (“Minor Prize”). In the event of a tiebreaker, the game starts again until there is
a single winner for the Major Prize.
19. If, for any reason, a Participant cannot participate in the Game, the Participant may
appoint a proxy over 18 years of age to play the Game on their behalf provided the
Participant gives the Promoter written, signed notice to that effect before the start of
the Game. If the Promoter has not been able to contact the Participant before the start
of the Game, that Participant’s participation in the Game will be deemed forfeited.
20. EFTs will be made to the winning Participant’s nominated Australian bank account in
their name. The winning Participant is responsible for providing full and accurate bank
details. The Promoter will not be responsible for incorrect details being provided, a
banking institution rejecting an EFT payment, or any costs associated with locating any
lost monies.
21. If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute
the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written
directions from a regulatory authority.
22. Total prize pool value is up to $61,987.
23. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and
cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.

24. In the event of any instant win prizes remaining unclaimed by the end of the
Promotional Period, these prizes will be forfeited.
25. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice
(including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited
period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any
outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by
the Promoter.
26. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as
reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the
Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or
fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent
permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions
from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as
appropriate.
27. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s
responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
28. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit,
exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under
the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the
ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia
(“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be
excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its
respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence),
for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether
direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
29. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable
Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is
not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal
injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect,
special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or
equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft,
unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late,
lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the
Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any
variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) if the Zone or
Game is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason beyond the reasonable
control of the Promoter; (f) any tax liability incurred by a Winner or entrant; or (g)
use/taking of a prize.
30. The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the promotion
and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to
agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian
regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also
use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed
at https://www.kingpinplay.com/en-au/privacy/. In addition to any use that may be
outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period,
unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research
and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the
entrant. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt
out, access, update or correct their PI, how entrants may complain about a breach of

the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints
will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter. Unless otherwise
indicated by the Promoter, the Promoter may disclose PI to entities outside of Australia
(for a list of the countries, see the Promoter’s Privacy Policy), and cannot guarantee
that any overseas recipient will not breach the Australian Privacy Principles. By
entering the promotion entrants consent to the overseas transfer on these terms as
permitted by the Australian Privacy Principles and agree that the Promoter is not liable
in this regard.
