5 celebrities who love to bowl | Kingpin

We all know that celebrities are huge trend setters. Fans tend to follow what they do, whether that's in the realm of fashion, hairstyles or even more obscure factors such as pet purchases. It's not all about the aesthetic side of things though, many of us take inspiration from our favourite celebs when it comes to having fun, and if there's one thing that anybody can enjoy - regardless of how well-known they are - it's an exhilarating round of bowling at the local alley.

Here are 5 celebrities who love a good bowl.

1. Justin Bieber

Ah the Biebs. He's certainly a divisive figure, but nobody can deny his success as one of the most successful pop stars of recent years. Often receiving as much attention for his activities off the stage as on it, the singer was recently spotted enjoying a spot of bowling at an alley in New York. And of course, who could forget the music video for 'Baby', set in an alley and launching Bieber's career.

2. Leonardo DiCaprio

Leo's had a long and successful career in the film biz, but his other passion may just be bowling. He's been spotted at numerous alleys over the years, dating back to the 90s when he was just starting out. He's probably built up some serious skill, so now that he's got is Oscar, perhaps a championship title is the next goal?

3. Redfoo (LMFAO)

Of course, the best bowling alleys can be found right here in Australia, and many touring musicians take time out of their schedules to have a go at knowing down the pins and getting a high score. One of the most recent visitors to Kingpin was Redfoo from LMFAO. For all the updates on our celebrity visitors, be sure to check out the Kingpin Instagram

4. Bill Murray

Bill Murray gets his spot on our list for starring in one of the best films ever made about the mystical art of bowling - the excellently named 'Kingpin', released in 1996. In the movie, many of Murray's skills were actually performed by him, often in the first take. He'd give any of these other stars a run for their money.

5. Liam Hemsworth

We couldn't end our list without including an Australian who has conquered Hollywood, and we were recently delighted to welcome Liam Hemsworth along to Kingpin. Representing Australia on the global stage is no easy task, and hopefully that good from was carried through to the lane!

These are just a few of the many celebrities who enjoy a spot of bowling. Many more can be found having a great time at Kingpin. So head on down, you never know who you'll meet!
