Save me a Slice: Kingpin Melbourne’s Pizza Residency
Six weeks. Three creators. One wood-fired oven. The Kingpin Pizza Residency is taking over Collins Arcade - and it's not like anything you've eaten before.
Forget the reservation list. Melbourne's next great pizza obsession isn't coming from a restaurant - it's coming from your phone.
Kingpin is partnering with three of Australia's most-hyped food creators to launch the Kingpin Pizza Residency: a six-week series of limited-edition pizza drops, each designed from scratch by a creator who knows exactly what Melbourne wants to eat right now.
The residency runs exclusively at Kingpin Collins Arcade - the brand-new 3,500sqm CBD venue that opened earlier this year, combining state-of-the-art batting cages, darts, supercharged shuffle and arcade games with a seriously considered food offering led by Executive Chef Adam Moore, including a wood-fired pizza oven and a Mediterranean-inspired menu.
Each creator takes over the menu for a two-week stretch, bringing their pizza to life before handing the oven to the next. Every drop launches with an intimate, ticketed supper club - the perfect way to get the full story behind the dish.
The Lineup

Benjamin Townsend (@yungcookgod) — High-energy cooking videos, sharp humour, and no-fuss food. Oh, and a double life as touring rapper Ivan Ooze (yes, he's shared stages with Wu Tang Clan, Ice Cube and Azealia Banks). His Banh Mi Pork Belly Pizza kicks off the series on 18 June.

Lucy Rosenberg (@food_bylucy) — Private chef, food stylist and creator known for bold, flavour-forward recipes and an effortlessly elevated approach to cooking. After a decade in product design and fashion, Lucy followed her passion for food and hasn't looked back. She takes over the menu from 2 July.

Veronika Indrawan (@verorocherr) — Sydney-based pastry chef and creator known for refined desserts, artistic presentation and Indonesian-inspired flavour. Expect something that makes you question whether dessert should come first. On the menu from 16 July.
The Supper Clubs
Each pizza drops with an exclusive, ticketed supper club in Kingpin's private dining space. Only 20 seats per event - so don't sleep on it.
For $80 per person you get two hours that includes a cocktail on arrival, a three-course dinner headlined by the creator's pizza, unlimited beer, wine and spirits, a live Q&A with the creator themselves, arcade credits and a take-home goody bag.
Tickets to Ben's Supper Club can be purchased here.
